1️⃣ Eligibility
- The hackathon is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from recognized institutions.
- All participants must carry a valid college ID card during the event.
2️⃣ Team Formation
- Each team must consist of 2 to 4 members.
- Team composition cannot be changed after successful registration.
- A participant may be part of only one team.
3️⃣ Registration
- Registration must be completed before the specified deadline.
- Multiple registrations by the same participant will result in disqualification.
- The entry fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
- Food will be provided for all members in the team
4️⃣ Hackathon Format
- The event may include multiple rounds such as Idea Screening, Development Phase, and Final Presentation.
- Teams must strictly adhere to the assigned theme or problem statement.
- The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
5️⃣ Development Guidelines
- All coding and development work must be completed during the official hackathon duration.
- Pre-built templates and open-source libraries are permitted.
- Plagiarism or copying from other teams will lead to immediate disqualification.
6️⃣ Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the event.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, or unfair practices will result in disqualification.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the rules if necessary.
